Founded in 2015 in Harlem, GINJAN sells primarily in the New York metro area. They were looking for direction around their initial branding and ensuring all customer touch points consistently reflected the new brand. We helped them create a brand tool kit – from product packaging through to identity & online properties.
We helped them with research and understanding the motivations behind customer choice and purchasing as well as helped them carve out a long-term strategy in terms of distribution, while implementing a customer persona and analytics solution.
GINJAN began selling in about 14 retail accounts and has since inked a distribution deal. They are now sold across 285 retail accounts in NYC, across 4 boroughs and are also looking forward to their entrance into Whole Foods in May 2016.
